Every time I go to Kuni it is a pleasure. The three people I worked with (listed above) were above exceptional. I will be a kuni buyer for life. They were wonderful from everything from customer service to knowledge of each particular car. They made sure I was in the right car for me. This is our 4th purchase from Kuni BMW. 3 out of 4 purchases from Kuni was made from Kuni expert Salesman Chan Saechao. In every transaction, Mr. Saechao offered tremendous BMW expertise and superlative customer service. Further, the outstanding service and finance departmensts are the best we have ever worked with . When it comes time for another BMW, and we shall look to trade our vehicles in the future, I will not hesitate to contact Chan Saechao.
We stopped by to look at the used BMW 750LI's. We had the great fortune of meeting Mike Baggs and from then on we knew we had found a person we could trust to buy a used car from. Mike Baggs is taller than his height in my estimation; his business is to sell cars and he provided me a number of alternatives without being pushy. I bought my car from him without the old style sales rep dance back and forth to the back room supervisor. He was just a pleasant person to be around.
