Every time I take my car in for service, the service is incredible. The staff is friendly and professional. They are always courteous and explain whats being done, the cost and when I can expect to get my car back. Since I live about 20 miles away, I always have to get a loaner and they have always been able to provide one. The traffic getting to and from the dealership is no fun but worth the drive for this type of service.
Melvin and the staff at Northwest were amazing. They all made the buying experience something special. The attention we received truly showed that they were willing to go above and beyond. I have purchased vehicles at numerous dealerships and NW was truly the best. Highly recommend speaking with Melvin if you are in the market for a bimmer. He is extremely knowledgable and knows the cars inside and out. Always nice to deal with someone who is enthusiastic about the product.
I heard good things about Northwest BMW from a friend. On my initial visit I met George, the new car sales manager. We had a long friendly chat and it turns out that George has been at the dealership for many years and is very knowlegeable about cars in general and BMWs in particular. Melvin was an excellent Sales Rep. He knew the all of the cares stats and provided excellent direction on what cars to purchase. Melvin also did not pressure us into any purchase and was supportive of the time we needed to make our decision. Also when we had to return for a service he was attentive to our needs and helped the time pass quickly while we waited.
Took my 2002 745li to the Northwest BMW dealership in Owingsmills Maryland for service repair. There were a couple of issues, but Jim, Maury and Jeff assured that the issues were resolve to my satisfaction. Maury was always very professional,and friendly. Jeff the assistant manager seem to be genuinely concern, and responsive. I would go as far as saying that everyone who I encountered was very friendly.
The internet sales rep Tyrone was helpful. Also, I have visited their new car sales department for a test drive of X5, and they were pretty nice to us.
