This was by far the best car buying experience in my 23 driving years! Dealership could not have been more friendly and caring. And they were very quick but didn't leave anything out. I felt like royalty. There were no games and they gave me exactly what I wanted and then some!!

I had an unbelievable experience with the purchase of my new lease at Northwest BMW. The whole staff was friendly and very attentive to all my questions and concerns which made the purchase of the car more enjoyable. I walked out with a new car, felt that I worked with reliable and experienced professionals and am enjoying my purchase. If I ever need ot purchase or lease another car, I will definately return to Northwest BMW.

I went into the dealership just to look around and ask a few questions and I was pleasantly surprised that by the end of the evening I was off the lot with a 2011 BMW 128i! I went in to ask questions about a 2009 BMW and was able to get something much newer with a full warranty! Eric was so nice, so attentive, and even worked out a great deal on a trade for me. i recently purchase a 5 series station wagon from northwest bmw. i had been searching for quite a while for this vehicle since it has not been produced since 2010 and there are not many of them around. having found a car i wanted in maryland i was prepared to pay to transport the car to new york. this would have added at least $650 to my expenses but to my surprise, tyrone told me he would be happy to drive the car from his dealership straight to my doorstep! a drive of at least 4 hours each way. he and his lovely wife did i... read more

We had purchased 5 BMW's from Towson BMW and called the sales guy we had been working with there when we heard there was a sale. His reply was that there is a sale this weekend, and he would call back next week after the sale to work with us. I was a little taken back. I had heard good things about Northwest so I thought I'd give it a try. I came in and was greeted immediately. We were in an X3 within 20 minutes for a test drive. The process of purchasing a vehicle, to me, is horrible. It costs a lot of money, it is an asset- or lack thereof- that has monumental and sharp depreciation, and is typically very stressful. Purchasing a vehicle from Tyrone challenged that perception. He was matter of fact, honest, and realistic- the opposite of a typical salesmen. Everybody was great, very friendly and accomodating. I got the whole BMW treatment in car setup and training. couldn't be happier. Exceeded my expectations! By the way, this website asking to register AFTER you have filled out the review is bad form. I rate this website poorly.

Outstanding price, service, etc... George and Tyrone made you feel like you were family and were great. In would absolutely buy from them again. Tyrone was the best sales rep we've ever had buying a car. No pressure, knew his stuff, easy going.
