Northwest is a great dealer! Let me start by saying that I have two dealers to pick from and this is my 4th New BMW from this dealer. I bought my new 2011 328i Coupe yesterday from Northwest BMW. Mr. Greene was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured during my initial visit. I also appreciated his follow-up telephone call after purchasing my vehicle. Each representative involved in the purchase of my vehicle provided information in a professional and friendly manner.
This dealership was the best dealership that I have ever dealt with. The service and staff were exceptional!Every employee that i encountered was helpful and congratulated me on my purchase. The car that I bought exceeds all of my exspectations. There was a designated staff member to spend time and explain all aspects of the vechile as if I was their only customer. I would reccomend this dealership to my friends and family.

My car was exactly what i was looking for and and there was know way anybody could have giving me a better deal. I went to The Northwest BMW dealership to buy a new 3 series BMW. The management was very friendly and the sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery experience was terrific with Roy, their delivery specialist. I wouldn't buy a BMW anywhere else!
WHEN I WAS READY AND COULD AFFORD A BMW I SHOPPED AROUND, I ENDED UP AT NORTHWEST BMW IN OWINGS MILLS FOR TWO REASONS.
