My last BMW was the 745I 2002, absolutely horrible! It was the worse vehicle I ever owed, later I was advised that it was a bad year. However BMW didn’t care, after the warranty it was “no one listening about a defective automobile. I hate shopping for cars and I dread the process I have normamlly gone through at other dealerships. Wonderful experience and courteous treatment from start to finish and very reasonable pricing. Except for oversight of only programming 1 of 2 keys to open vehicle (which required return to dealership to fix), could not ask for a better car shopping experience.
I originally bought my BMW through NW. They gave me by far the best price. Even though I live in VA, I still come back here for service. They always give me a service loaner. I can get appointments pretty quickly. All the staff are polite and professional. Checkin is very fast. You don't have to wait while someone gets around to taking your car. Eric is a great Client Advisor. I worked with him when I got my 2007 BMW 550 and when I just recently brought my 2011 535i X Drive. Worked with dealer on the phone before going to the dealership which was extremely helpful. Mr. Greene returned phone calls promptly provided me as much information as he could over the phone. What a great dealership! After shopping 3 dealers, we found that we should have just come here first! Best people, best price, best service. I recommend this store! Every question I had was answered by Matt, who knew these complicated cars better than any other salesmen at the other dealerships. We had financing from our credit union, but when we went to the finance office, Bob Harris beat our credit union rate and got us 2.9% financing. Wow, what a bonus! I love my new car!
