"I’m new to Naples and when my BMW overheated, I called..." I’m new to Naples and when my BMW overheated, I called Germain. Cory Hespeler provided outstanding customer service. He assisted me in using BMW assist to tow my car, provided a loaner, and kept me informed over the next couple of days regarding the repair of my car. I did not have to call for status reports, he reached out to me. I’ve owned BMW’s for over 20 years and this is the best service experience ever.

But I think the Service Department there is exception, particularly my Service Advisor, Charles “Chuck”Griffith. Chuck always goes the extra mile to ensure my cars receive VIP treatment and he is proactive arranging loaners, when necessary, and keeping me updated on the status of repairs.
