He connected me to the service department, who were super flexible. They scheduled, picked up my vehicle from my work place, serviced the car, valeted it, and returned back to my work place all shiny and new. Couldn’t ask for better!

I wish she had explained more clearly what the "vehicle check with scan" meant, how much it would cost ($179.95!) and whether that was a manufacturer-recommended service item.
