Great service and follow-up! I brought our 328i X drive coupe in for service a few weeks back and the service provided was excellent. The car had a rough idle at cold start and Norm, the service advisor, displayed a high degree product knowledge, being very helpful in getting this taken care of. The car needed to be left over night and Norm ensured we had a great loaner vehicle. Great Service As Always! I took my 2012 535i to my service advisor, Norman Locey, last week at BMW of Asheville! He is always so helpful and pleasant! He always lets me know how long service should take, calls me when ready and explains exactly what was done to the car and when I can expect my next service. Excellent service at BMW Asheville I recently experienced an engine issue on my BMW X3 while traveling in western North Carolina from southern Florida. I called BMW Asheville to set up an appointment and was attended by Norman Locey of the Service Dept. The experience from beginning to end was outstanding.
