Norman Locey is Wonderful We are very comfortable with BMW of Asheville because of the service guidance and leadership received from Norman Locey, Service Advisor. Over the years, Norman has come to know us as people and respects our need to understand the repairs that are to be completed. His explanations are excellent, presented with detail and patience. My BMW's love Asheville BMW and so do I. I have always received great service when buying or having my cars serviced at Asheville BMW. Norman Locey always goes the extra mile and out of his way to be sure I'm pleased with my service and BMW repairs. He is truely exceptional. My husband and I also appreciate Jack, in sales. A Terrific Buying Experience! I just purchased a 2016 X5 from BMW of Asheville, and the whole process could not have been better. Finally a car of me Dreams After researching and looking at a number of small SUV' s and a little discouraged I finally ended up at the BMW of Asheville dealership. It was Troy Willoughby who listened to my numerous questions, concerns and requests. Working as a team we found the car and the price that I wanted.
