Myself and other Half on March 24, 2012 went out just to look at BMW'S. The salesman Kevin is a very nice person. He explained every thing quite clearly and when my wife and I have questions about the car, the financing and even the property tax, he gave us an answer quickly. We are welcomed here and hope to do business again in future.
I was referred to Nan Wong by my HR at work, who has leased two BMW's from Nan. Nan's warmth, knowledge and customer service 'wowed' me! I am in sales, so that is not easy to do. She is amazing! I have purchased many vehicles in my life, both new and used, mostly high end models. I can honestly say that no other salesperson that I have ever dealt with can match the level of enthusiasm and professionalism Nan gave to my purchase. Even though my purchase was only a $20,000 used car she made me feel like I was a senator buying a $100,000 X6 M.
Nan Wong IS: Pleasant, sincere, friendly, knowledgeable and a true professional! She was informative throughout the entire process and extremely responsive. ANNA MARIE was very professional and friendly. She was inviting and always respected my opinion and was NEVER pushy!!!! I have had very negative car shopping experiences in the past but not at Passport BMW and definitely not with Anna Marie. The entire purchase experience was simple, complete and quick. The visit took less than three hours...from entering the doors to leaving with my new car. Nan Wong led this experience the entire way. The whole experience at Passport BMW was a positive one. Nan Wong was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly to work with, and just made the overall experience a pleasant one. I thought that Carmax was one of the best dealerships around, until I had the recent experience at Passport.
