My Brothers and I have known Joe Long and Tony Medeiros for last 20 years. Joe Long was the sales associate 20 years ago when my brother bought his first BMW. Ever since then we have been loyal to him, as he is one of the most trusted person in the auto business. His level of integrity and honesty can not be matched. I used to get my BMWs from VA dealers. But this time I heard about BMW passport and how they treating their customers. I decided to try them and was surprised when i met Matt who was really very professional and very nice to the point i finalized everything in the same day. Now after 3 weeks i got 4 contacts from Matt and Mark ( Sales Manager ) to follow up on everything which really make me feel satisfied about the decision i took.
My excperience with this dealership was better than any other buying experience I've had in a long time. The sales people are helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy and have a colear understanding of what the buyers needs are and try to meet those needs in a very professional manner. I would like to state that my sales experience with Passport BMW, and particularly Matt Charske, was the best I have had. I have purchased/lease 3 BMWs in the Washington DC Metro Area, and this was by far the best experience. EXCELLENT service! these guys are top notch and I highly recommend them. Dont bother going elsewhere, this is the place. I am very pleased with the sales team there and also all of the service people, specifically including Keith Renner. They are very good at providing loaner cars.
