Nan Wong was recommended to me by a friend. I wished to purchase a new or slightly used vehicle. Nan listened carefully to my needs and budget restraints and homed in quickly on several vehicles. Nan made my entire experience from start to finish a great experience! She is such a professional saleswoman. She knows everything about current BMW's and those from 10 years ago. I would highly recommend Passport if you are in the market for a new BMW. We worked with Greg Parker, who is a fantastic Client Advisor. In the DC area, there are quite a few BMW dealers, but it's important to consider a couple factors. The smaller dealers will not have as many models in stock if you are looking to buy immediately or not as many allocation slots if you want to order. I came in to the dealership to browse and was immediately hooked up with Annamarie Pistone. I bought my most recent BMW 5-series (2008) from Matt this past December. But I still had not been able to pair my garage door opener to my car. Matt patiently walked me through the pairing process today and everything works great. He also helped me pair my new Blackberry as well. Go figure. Old garage door opener, new Blackberry, middle-aged BMW. Matt was able to make them all work together. Thanks Matt!
