My salesperson, Nan Wong, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable -- She answered plenty of my questions, she always got back to me in a timely manner, often by cell phone or Blackberry; while I was anxiously awaiting delivery, she e-mailed me PDFs of the vehicle inquiry reports with each change in the car's status; and on the delivery date, there was a nice walkthrough of the car. Brandon Kim was very easy to work with while I purchased my very first BMW. He was very gracious and answered my call when I phoned him at 9:00 one night to answer my questions and reassure me about the car that we had already made a deposit on.
