I purchased a new 3 series BMW from Passport in July 2010. The price was fair, the trade-in price was good and Stephen Ludwig, my CA, was very helpful. Subsequent service has been good. My service adviser is Ray Fry and he is helpful and informative. Passport always sends a pick-up when I use the Metro to commute to the dealership.
I have utilized the services of this dealership several times in the past 2 years. My service manager, Dave Cornell has always kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. I am always greeted courtesly the entire staff. I usually wait for my vehicle in thier beautiful spaceous waiting room. My vehicle is always returned to me washed and ready to go. I highly recommend this dearlership for sales and services.
I began shopping online for a new vehicle. Matt answered my inquiry promptly and helped me to find a vehicle that fit my needs. He then offered me a great deal. Passport is close to an hour away from me, and Matt had no problems bringing the car and all of the paperwork to my home. Whereas most dealers just beg you to come in, he brought the dealership to me. Great customer service!
Ed took a lot of time to explain pros and cons of different used car to me and was able to answer all of my questions. The overall buying experience was extremely good. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Last but not least, Ed is a super nice guy.
Ed was absolutely wonderful and continues to answer all of my questions. I have had many question about the different features of my car. Ed Han continues to answer them in a very timely manner. He has also been extremely patient with me. I would highly recommend him to my friends.
We have purchased two cars from Passport this year. Ed Han is amazingly responsive to phone and e-mail queries and very efficient in all aspects of the search/purchase process. Passport also offers much better pricing than its competitors (that I visited).
Passport is by far the best BMW dealer in the DC area. They staff is cordial friendly and provide a pleasant buying experience. Ed Han in particular is an outstanding salesperson, forthcoming and easy to work with. He provided me with all the information I requested in order to make a decision I was comfortable with and delivered the vehicle on time as he promised. No attitude or pressure at all, unlike other dealerships.
Mr Afshar, is an outstanding salesman. He provided me with outstanding!!!!customer service. He is a true professional that puts the consumer first. This was my third (3) BMW 5 series that MMr. Afshar assisted me in obtaining. He continually gives me great customer service. I'm very satisified. We have visited 4 area dealerships and think that Passport is by far the best. Kevin Mellett, our salesperson who moved from another dealer, is absolutely the most attentive, most helpful, and certainly easy to work with. He KNOWS the cars and understands what the customer wants. This will be my second purchase of a car from him and we are extremely happy to work with him! He went out of his way to bring the car to us (37 miles away) ...superior salesmanship! And the dealership is wonderful too...gorgeous facility!
