While on my way to Ocean city for memorial day weekend, my car started acting op. I pulled off the highway and drove into passport BMW fully expecting be turned away. I was immediately greeted by Tony on the red team. He said that he would work me in as soon as possible, offered us coffee and led us to the lounge. He not only fixed our car, but even had it cleaned up!. Thank you Tony for saving our vacation!! I'll be sure to let all my fellow BMW owner know about the great service I recieved. Purchased a used 2008 Corvette by internet and over the phone. The employees went beyond expectations by contacting the original owner of the car and allowing us to discuss the car with him. Ed was outstanding to deal with, very professional and kept us updated on the status of shipping the car. Not having seen the car, it was exactly as described by Ed. Definitely an outstanding dealership and I would hightly recommend both Ed and Dave.
Contacted Passport BMW through Carsdirect.com and Matt Charske sent me an email very quickly. The pricing was aggressive and up front. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions over a two to three week period before I was able to actually get in to see the selection. Passport is awesome! I worked with Chris (and briefly with Peter, as Chris had to go attend to another client who had made an advance appointment, whereas I didn't have an appointment). They were both very helpful and did an excellent job of getting my questions answered. What really struck me about my experience here is that it was zero pressure. No one talked about money up front. No one pushed me to buy ASAP. I truly felt that Chris' only goal was to help me find the right car, and he succeeded in that.
I travel from Germantown to Marlow Heights. There are 2 other BMW dealerships closer to me, and I find the customer service at Marlow heights far surpasses any experience I have come across at the other 2 dealers. I will continue to take the extra miles to get the great service. Just walking in the door I am greeted with hellos from every passing employee and that alone makes a huge difference.
I am really happy with the purchase of the new BMW from Passport BMW. Frank Fowler (Sales) and Mark Valcich (Sales Diretor) were ready to make the deal. I would recommend Passport BMW to anyone based on my experience. Really great customer service!
Greg Parker is the most helpful, thoughtful and considerate car saleman I have ever worked with in a car purchase. He went far above and beyond to deliver a perfect car at a perfect price. I recently purchased a new BMW and had an exceptional purchase experience. My salesman was Ed Han. It was not a high pressure experience in the least. He understood that I was considering making a big investment. We were having issues with the Engine light coming on in our 2009 BMW X5. We had bought the BMW in Germany through the Military program. The Engine light had come on 4 times in 4 months. Each time the Passport BMW service team helped us out tremendously, but for some reason the engine light would always come back on.
