A coworker suggested this service center to me after I had a bad experience with the service center in Annapolis. I called in for an appointment and they took me in the next day (When I called the service center in Annapolis, they weren't available for a month!) Everyone was friendly, they have a great lounge area and cafe. It was clean, bathrooms were nice, two TVs and 3 computers in the lounge room. I waited for two hours for just routine maintenance, but it was well worth the wait. When I got to my car, the seat protector... read more

In short, it was extremely refreshing working with Ed. He is the Assistant Sales Manager. Ed is a legitimate good guy and first class individual who epitomizes the way a car salesman should conduct business. I very much look forward to dealing with him on future deals. I am delighted to endorse Ed and Passport BMW and I would be more than happy to give them a solid recommendation. If quality, integrity and professionalism mean anything to you then you need to contact Ed at Passport BMW. I guarantee you won't find a better de... read more

Purchased a new X5 from Passport. Instead of having to wait 2 months for my vehicle to be built, Joe Long called another Bmw dealer and found the exact car I wanted. Two months turned into 3 days! Tom Foster delivered the vehicle to my work to accommodate my busy schedule. Very impressed!

Passport was the only dealer that had the car that i wanted in the country. I contacted Ed and we negotiated a deal out very quickly. They aren't giving cars away but they will give you a fair deal. I flew in To Baltimore and Passport picked me up at the airport and after some quick signatures had me on my way. I live in Chicago and went to every dealer in the area to try and close this deal and none of them gave me even close to the customer service that Passport did. They can and will ship cars anywhere i just decided to p... read more

Met with Joern and Dave Myers. Very professional, courteous, prompt response and upfront in the dealings. You have to know you numbers b4 u approach them though. Other than that, its a GREAT experience. I would recommend anyone who wants to get a best deal through them only after you have DONE your research. Visit www.bimmerfest.com/forums for ACTUAL wholesale pricing, ask a dealer topic for any leasing info .. etc Everyone is out to make a profit. We as a customer want to reduce the price and they as the salesperson wants t... read more

Purchased a E90 330i from Peter Brizan in the Internet sales department. Excellent price, no hidden fees, and Peter is very knowledgeable about the cars. I originally went to a BMW dealer closer to me, then I read on other Internet forums that Passport was the best place to buy a BMW in the DC area. I can't comment on all the DC area dealerships, but I can say that Passport, and particularly Peter, was extremely friendly, honest, and professional. He also gave me a great price, so I bought from them. I will update my review ... read more

Bought my first BMW from Passport. Absolutely no games, ended up paying about $1000 over invoice on a $45K E90 330i. During the manufacture, shipping and delivery of the car, I was kept up to date. On the day we picked it up, it was a no hassle experience. Sadly Jim is no longer there but according to the various message boards, there are several friendly sales associates that stepped into his shoes. Passport is a 150 mile round trip for me - I live in Bel Air, MD. Their responsiveness, friendly non-snooty attitude and prici... read more

Hands down...best pricing with no BS / games and best service (responsive and professional) - sales and finance departments. This dealership came highly recommended from various BMW forums. Also due to high-volume they get the most build slot allocations and the fastest delivery (my order came in within 5-6 weeks when others only promise 6-8 weeks).

Trust me 10X better than anyone at BMW of Fairfax. Worked with Jeff on my lease in 2003 and then on reverting the lease to a purchase in 2/06. Jeff did a great job setting up the lease, and an awesome job at getting my car certified so I could purchase it. Once again these guys are 10X easier to work with than BMW of Fairfax.
