Mehrzad was great to work with and did everything he could to make the purchase process go as smoothly as possilbe. I would purchase another vechicle from Mehrzad and Passport.
My recent purchase of a pre-owned 535xi was a pleasant experience, and the Passport team handled the transaction smoothly and very professionally. My advisor, Nan Wong, was extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented, which made the purchase and delivery of the car a pleasure. I shopped a number of other BMW dealers before coming to Passport, and am certainly glad to have made the trip. I would recommend them highly.

Just received new BMW I ordered through JC Thomas/Passport BMW. Excellent experience; they offerred me the lowest price and did everything they told me they would do! I negotiated with three BMW dealers, one of them 10 minutes from my house in Virginia and I decided to drive the extra half hour to order the car from the sales representative and dealer that really wanted the deal. I plan to service my car with them and use their VIP program.
4 years ago, I had great experience at Passport BMW when I bought my X3 through european delivery. Now it was my wife's turn to replace her E46. Of course, Passport BMW was the first dealer I wanted to start with. Our overall experiense with Nan and the staff at Passport BMW was incredible. I went in to look at the 2011 328 XDrive and was not sure what options I wanted. After spending nearly 2 hours looking at color combinations and option packages I was sure what it was that I wanted. I left that day with the car that I truly love. I would recommend Nan WOng and Passport BMW to everyone.
Finally a BMW dealer that understands a buyer's priorities: 1) offer a competitive price 2) have inventory available 3) cut the customer a break on damage during the lease turn-in 4) make service calls stress free 5) don't BS the buyer, be truthful Ask for Nan (she really will go to bat for you!)
