Great buying experience. Worked my deal out over email and phone. Car was detailed and ready to go the same day it rolled off the truck. Finance experience took minutes. No other dealer would give me firm quotes over the Internet. Most didn't even respond..others responded days later. My note stated that I wanted a car within 72 hours...I guess they ddn't care. Go to Passport ask for Jeff and have your first good car buying experience.

They lied about having an allocation, which led to my selling my vehicle and being left without a car for six months. Filed a complaint with BMW NA (corporate).
