Great car buying experience Mike and Eugene were very helpful. Mike respected my wishes and made sure the deal got done. I was in a hurry and he made sure that the process ran smooth and quickly. Customer Service at Car Repair Facility Scott Corbin is very understanding, with my time schedule, he worked with me and arranged a loaner. He called me told me everything that was needed. I really appreciate his outstanding customer service.
Respectful of buyer with no hard sales pitch The salesman, Nicolas Psaros was very professional, personable and patient. He explained various features of the car while we took a test drive. After finalizing the sale, he sat with me in the car for about 15 minutes explaining interior features in greater detail. The financial consultant, Scott Adduci was also very professional. He explained various financial options while processing a dozen documents.
Great customer Service Bill, who wasn't my assigned service associate, but handled me from drop off to pick up (other than one phone call saying my car was finished), was excellent. I wanted to mention him because I'm not sure that he would get credit, since he wasn't my assigned guy. He went through all of the work that was done and made sure that I understood everything.
Wonderful experience with Michal Banach @ Elmhurst I would like to thank Michal Banach for helping with my 550xi. Mike had been professional and courteous from the beginning. He is always prompt answering my calls/emails and getting in touch with BMWNA for my special requests. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone planning for an European Delivery or even just getting a car from local inventory.
It is Always the People It always comes down to the people! Scott is outstanding. the people who do the service are good and do quality work. Bill is great also and Corey is always there when I need him. That is why I drive 38 miles to bring my cars to these men for service. I am always treated with respect and they listen to my concerns.
1st time, but treated like life long customer !! I didn't buy a car from Elmhurst BMW, but I was treated as if I was a life long customer. I had a 10 am appointment. I showed up at 9:30 am, and was back in my car at 10:30 am. I took time to look at, and dream about, the cars in the Showroom, had a cup of coffee, and talked to a couple of people. The time went quick ! To top it off, you guys had my car washed by hand !! Thanks !!!!

Great Place to buy Nick and Lydia in sales were great. Joel in service was also great. Very professional. Car was priced fair.
