Excellent and Easy Going Service When I walked in to the dealership, I was greeted by Josh Douglas. It was very no pressure from the beginning as I didn't know what I wanted. Even though I didn't intend to buy that day, Josh showed me a great deal on a vehicle and made my car shopping experience smooth. Thankfully I didn't have to drive around from dealer to dealer and waste my time. I am very happy with the vehicle and the Elmhurst BMW experience.
