We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this dealership. We were treated with respect, offered a lot of options and felt like we got a good deal. Shayne was a lot of fun to work with and seemed interested in meeting our needs. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful.
Words cannot describe the experience I had at BMW of Visalia. My experience at BMW of Visalia will be a memorable one. I bought a certified pre~owned 5 series for my wife for her birthday. I was treated with the upmost respect. Brought my daughter from San Jose to purchase a BMW in Visalia since this was her first buing experience, she wanted me to be with her. Long story short. We ended up buying her BMW 128I convertable from Frank Acosta who was our salesperson. Our buying experience was VERY SATISFACTORY. I previously had a bad experience at this dealership but due to a previous agreement with BMW of Visalia and another dealership I had to return and finish work started. Steve the Service advisor manager turned it all around for me. He was very professional and polite. Due to plans changing with my business trip he was able to get me in a earlier day and time.
