"Flat tire " Flat tire on the morning Friday the 13th. Gotta hand it to run flat tires, got to grocery store and to the dealer. Chen took care of me. Spent an hour gawking at new cars. Had a smoke and my car was ready. Unbelievable. Thanks.

"Replaced lower control arm bushings" Was in earlier for a routine oil change on my 2002 330i BMW when they found a rubber bushing on the front suspension had failed. Bushings had failed twice before in 2012 and 2015 and were replaced at a BMW dealership in California. No potholes there, so the quality of of the genuine BMW replacement bushings are in question. "Great first experience" I recently took in my M3 for a brake fluid flush and had a great experience! Mike in service took care of everything all while explaining future services that will be needed as well as outlining what isn’t needed as of right now. "Chuck is the best." I cannot say enough about the timely and professional service at Bloomfield Erhard. I was able to get a scheduled appt. on the same day I called in. The problem was quickly diagnosed and while there they managed to complete some other items (filter change, etc.). In addition a part needed to be ordered and they have set things in motion to get it expedited and assist in fitting my schedule to finish the work.
