"Great Service from Start to Finish" We had our 328d in for an oil and filter change. A few things stood out: > The appointment was made a week in advance, with a loaner car. Not a month. > Rather than give us the runaround on recall work like the other dealer in the area, we had an answer the same day (no repair needed) > We received email and a phone call with details on the work. In all, the experience far exceeded our expectations and earned our business.

"Simple Service Done Right" I made an appointment, and Ryan was ready. Service was prompt, done right. Is always a pleasant environment in the dealership. When my car was ready, it was brought up front for me (as it should be). Outstanding.

"Above and beyond always" I got caught in a huge traffic jam and knew I would arrive after closing time. I call to tell Mike Hood that I would be late. He said he would stay and he did. I was so happy to get my car that day. This is how Mike is every time. He makes it easy.

"Excellent service department and transparent quote" everyone here is so nice; quote is reasonable and transparent, service department always keep you informed during the repair process. I didn't have an appointment but they still addressed my repair needs in a timely fashion. 5 star services compared to other BMW dealership around the area.
