We enjoyed working with Jack. He is very professional, courteous, and a great guy to work with. We first encountered Jack a couple of years ago when I purchased my BMW. We sought Jack's assistance recently when my husband needed to purchase a new car. Jack continues to be professional and knows how to work with the buyer so we get the best buy. I've been to other BMW dealerships, but the sales and service is no where near the quality you get from Ridgefield!
James is very professional and works very hard to help you find the BMW for you. He's a good combination of salesman and advisor. Ask for James and let him do the hard stuff for you. Highly Recommended.
The entire process from initial visit to car delivery was fantastic. James did an excellent job of understanding our needs and working with us to not only find the car but the financial package that best fit. He then took the time to explain all the workings of the car, the capabilities of the service department and the dealership and continually followed up to make sure we were satisfied. It's the little things that really matter in a car-buying situation. James was one of (if not the) best sales associates I have worked with at any dealership. He was very straight forward, and made sure to give me ALL of the applicable details. He made the experience of buying the car just as fun as driving it off the lot. James was professional and responsive. I called the dealership with a specific price and color combination in mind and, of all the dealers I called, James was the only person to give me a straight answer over the phone. He found exactly what I wanted and made the car buying experience quick and painless.
My experience at Ridgefield BMW was AWESOME! to say the least, Right from the start, gariel treated me like a valued customer and an all star. Gabriel Ruiz was a great salesman. He was honest, knowledgeable and a gentlemen. He went over the car I wanted from A to Z and explained everything to my husband and I in a way that was easy for us to understand about the car. He showed us the showroom and the new plant facility. Our experience with him and BMW was blessing. He is one of the best sales people we have ever bought a car from. I think that BMW should be very proud to have such an employee.
