We worked with David Qualglio. It was an absolute pleasure. We never felt any pressure to purchase a car, however, when we did decide to buy, he made the transaction quick and fair. He stayed with us after the dealership closed to insure that we only had to return to switch cars. We returned to pick the car up a few days later. We could not get to the dealership after closing. Because the quantity of cars(2011 BMW328i x-drive sedan w/ manual transmission) are so few, my web search led me to this dealership & David. My Wife and I had the best experience in BMW of Ridgefield. After having a BMW 335 for 3 years it was time for a change.
