I had a problem with my car recently. Called Danette Surges in the service department and everything was taken car of expeditiously and she set up a loaner car for me as well. She always kepte me posted on the status of my car and was easy to contact for any questions that I had. Danette is the best!!!

Ken Cepican was always curteous and helpful, and told me everything that was going to happen and when. He followed up via phone, managed a third-party communication and provide additional maintenance tips for the future.

An oil change this time...but it was done quickly. My car was ready before I had requested it, and they were even able to do a recall on the passenger airbag that I thought I would need to return for at a later date. Great job to all, and most particularly to Alex, the service advisor, who made it happen.

I stopped in the other day just to have some new windshield wipers install and get a little oil. Even though the service center was very busy as usual, Alex was very helpful and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of correctly. Thank you Alex!

Brought car in for service. Was given loaner. I was updated pretty much daily on status of car. Car was ready and was switched out with loaner. Seamless process. Always a pleasure dealing with the guys at Perillo. ALL dealers should take a lesson from them on customer service.

I had an issue with my car, and needed it resolved and turned around in a matter of hours. Perillo was able to do this, and do it well. So thankful for the service, and the quick response...with a cost that was completely modest and inline. Well done!

I can't say much about the dealership because I was in an out within 30 minutes. I would 100% do my next transaction with Peter for my next BMW. He was honest, fair and applied no pressure to the deal. Whip out a calculator and you will realize the deal is fair and straightforward. I'd recommend him for anyone looking for a BMW in the area.
