Starting with Peter Mers, our experience at Perillo BMW was fantastic. From test driving to signing the papers to learning how to open the trunk with a swipe of my foot, Peter was a dream. He may be the least pushy car salesman ever born. We put him through the ringer with asking to test drive multiple cars, used and new. Making an appointment, bringing in car, being updated on sercices needed and car pick up were all top notch. I think we might have been able to get a lower price elsewhere but I trust Perillo.

I brought my new BMW X3 in for a drivetrain malfunction error and worked with Alex. He called me several times throughout the day to keep me updated on the status and diagnosis of my car. I really appreciated that he kept me posted and didn't leave me wondering for a few hours. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process of leaving my car overnight a peice of cake. The issue was resolved quickly. I'd love to work with Alex again. Perillo has excellent customer service!

They were obliging in fitting me in within within 24 hrs. Friendly and efficient car returned cleaned and appears well serviced. Contacted me when ready for pickup.

My 335i convertible was in the prior week. The same problem reoccurred where the car started shaking and would hardly go and then died out with an "engine not functioning" sign on the navi screen and then a 'needs service soon' on the dash. Then I restarted the car and drove to the dealership. Hugh immediately got me a loaner (on a Friday afternoon). You kept the car for a week and replaced a sensor after replacing a power pump the week b4. I must say that Hugh is the BEST service advisor I've ever had anywhere. You're lucky... read more

I have an 07 BMW that has been very problematic but these service people and this service department are awesome. They have treated me beyond my expectations. My car has spent about 5 weeks in your shop in the past year and a half. A loaner car and going to BMW for considerations each time has built such a trust in BMW service that I am looking for another BMW, something one might not do after a gambit of product failures.
