The BMW service crew at Don Jacobs are simply outstanding. I've never encountered a more professional, friendly, helpful, and most importantly, dedicated crew who wants to make sure that my experience in their store is the best possible in all aspects. Don Jacobs BMW service is one of the best in Lexington. Awesome waiting room, shuttle service for the Lexington, KY area. The staff is great and they treat you with respect. You are not just a number to them. I defiantly recommend them to any BMW owner out of warranty or in warranty.
I appreciated the curtosy car while my service was taking place. It makes the wait much easier being able to run errands. I also appreciated the car wash. I like being able to bring my car in on a Saturday because I live out of town. Dan is good about being honest about what needs to be done with the car also.
Don Jacobs and staff at BMW service, especially Dan Trisko, was very professional and acknowledgable about my needs to repair my car. The service and friendless was excellent and would not take my car anywhere else. The parts and labor are not cheap by no means but hey, its a BMW so that was kind of expected but just hope that these kind of pricey parts have longevity, which im sure they do....A+++ all around and i am a satified customer. They have earned my trust and business!!!!
Don Jacobs is a great experience from the time you buy a car to the scheduled and sometimes not scheduled appointments. The service department is second to none. They are always committed to help you in every way possible. They make you feel like a special costumer who they have known forever. They explain everything about the service you are there for and if anything comes up they always inform you of what is going on and what you can expect. We have been very pleased with the service department at Don Jacobs. Maintenance problems are explained and prioritized to aid us in making decisions. Work is done correctly the first time so that follow ups have not been required. They have been very accomodating and have provided free shuttles to work. We continue to use Don Jacobs for service because we trust their recommendations, the quality of work is high and their staff is friendly and follows through.
Everytime I go to Don Jacobs Lance always goes out of his way to help me get in and out as quick as possible. He also explains all services to be done on my BMW. Because of his sevice I have bought a new BMW and a VW from Don Jacobs. If you ever have problems with your car I recommend Don Jacobs.
Dan has given me first class service for my First Class BMW. I have gone in twice and got quick accurate service. While I decided to stay during one of my service appointments, I went to the lounge area where coffee and snack were avialiable along with recent newspaper and cable TV. All these amentities makes the time go fast.
I am always very pleased with the service I receive from Dan and Joe. In particular, Dan is very friendly and always makes sure that I have everything I need when I bring my car in for service. If there is something wrong with my car, Dan always provides an accurate estimate and explains everything in woman-friendly language:> I have been a customer of Don Jacobs for over 10 years and Dan is one of the reasons why I keep coming back!
