My service experience was pleasant and work was done fast and efficiently. A report was provided to me on the condition of my other tires and Jamie my service manager, again left me with a courteous exit note.

Checked system for any a/c faults. A/C had one occasion that it did not operate at all...no signs of life; however, worked fine after that. System check was clear, no faults found Also, Cesar and I discussed the 'vinegar' smell that is happening frequently from vents. Cesar recommend that I have a condenser conditioning performed at my own expense, not a warranty item.

While out of town for work my X5 check engine light came on. German BMW got me back on the road in short order and I didn’t miss any cases.
