I considered buying a car from another dealer, but because Kenny went above and beyond in accommodating our every request, even taking the time to drive the car to our house for my wife to see, I decided to buy the car from Ferman BMW. This dealership seems to bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. I dealt with Steve Venden mostly, who was exceptional; he truly takes pride in making his clients happy. Never once did I feel pressured or taken advantage of and I got exactly what I wanted: an awesome car for a good price. In fact, my car arrived late from the VPC at 330pm (not their fault!) and Steve wanted to make sure that car was ready by our previously scheduled appt time of 5pm. And it was!
