I considered buying a car from another dealer, but because Kenny went above and beyond in accommodating our every request, even taking the time to drive the car to our house for my wife to see, I decided to buy the car from Ferman BMW. Kenny treated us with respect, was patient while we found just the right car and was very attentive to our requests for details. Thank you, my wife is very happy with the car.

This was without a doubt the best car buying experience ever! Brian Gains was awesome! He was professional, kind, and up front about everything! Brian made the car buying experience wonderful! He worked hard to find me the car I wanted and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. He really listened and kept me posted on updates whiling tracking down the vehicle I desired. This dealership seems to bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. I dealt with Steve Venden mostly, who was exceptional; he truly takes pride in making his clients happy. Never once did I feel pressured or taken advantage of and I got exactly what I wanted: an awesome car for a good price. In fact, my car arrived late from the VPC at 330pm (not their fault!) and Steve wanted to make sure that car was ready by our previously scheduled appt time of 5pm. And it was!
