I had a Mercedes when i decided to change to a Clubman. I was a little afraid but now, just one day driving, I’m in love with my red new toy.
I purchased my 650i with Gary Mack. Gary was nothing but accomdating and professional. I was an out of town buyer who was very impressed with the entire Ferman family. I would recommend Gary and Ferman Bmw for all your BMW needs. I also have to mention that Phil Bennis and Erin Chaparro were also amazing. I will definitely be back for all my BMW purchases.
I had a great experience today at Furman BMW. My expectation was fairly low based upon previous experiences with other dealers. Working with Brian n over the phone the last few days, and going to the dealership today far exceeded my expectations. Very friendly staff. Very quick purchase process. Would absolutely do business again if opportunity arises! Brian and staff truly know how to take care of a customer. The dealership is clean, easy to navigate, and has great amenities as well.
