Ryan and Kim were fantastic. I appreciated getting to communicate directly with the tech as I'm a car junkie and fairly car knowledgeable. Ryan was awesome getting warranty coverage on a pesky steering wheel noise and also let me know about a recall. he was careful with my car and super professional. I will be back for all the service on my M6 and rate both Ryan and Kim 5-stars for sure!

I remember the days when they only had three service writers and things were run rather loosely. Now we they have top notch service the well represents the BMW brand. Keep up the good work.
When I first got to the sales department there was nobody available to help me. I was then introduced to Sam Watts. Well he wasn't a sales agent, he was a BMW Genius. He knew all about the vehicle I wanted to purchase down to the technology and the performance of the car. Having somebody take me on a test drive that wasn't in the sales department really made this a no-pressure sale.
