Kenneth Russel was my sales associate. He was great. We did a lot of the sales info via text and email that worked great with my busy schedule. He was efficient and had all necessary paperwork ready when I arrived. I would recommend Kenny to everyone.
Mary was very pleasant and honest to deal with in purchasing this car. She informed me about the working of the car. In addition Sam the BMW Genius came to my house and went over and set some presets for my car.

I purchased a certified pre-owned 535i on August 31st, in the pouring rain. Sam helped me with the basics of operating the vehicle, so that I could drive it home!! Both Gary Mack and Sam were very very helpful and helping me set up and understand the workings of the X1 I really enjoyed my experiences with them and will be back in contact with them to give me a refresher course on the workings of the information center
With four months left on my first car lease with Ferman, I received an invitation to participate in the pull ahead program. I had just purchased my 2014 Mini Cooper from a small dealer, and brought it to Fermin for a minor repair. Charles Drivas, Service Manager, was so very helpful! I had never had a Mini before, and Charles was wonderful in explaining all the features and how to program everything. I thought I was doing something wrong, but it turned out to be a defective radio/computer system, which was covered by the warranty.
