Great experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable Sales Advisor, Alex. He never made my husband and I feel rushed or pressured, instead making sure he introduced us to a variety of different models that fit the criteria we were looking for. He was amazing. I have had Steve Venden as a salesman now for two BMW purchases. I have been a repeat customer of his because he is competent, personable, and easy to work with. He takes his time with me during the car buying process, and I have never felt rushed or pressured into the purchase. I esp. have appreciated his explanation of the car's features, and he has also shown me "hands on" how the car works. He has made the car purchasing experience a pleasant one.

Went in with a trade Alex Wolf got me top dollar and into a very clean 3 series. Mr. Wolf was extremely knowledgeable on the bmw product line, helping me pick out the correct car. Also to finish out the process super tech wizard pro Sam Watts gave a very thorough crash course on the workings of all the technology in the car. Would highly recommend going in to make your next/first BMW purchase/lease!

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by the salesperson James Byrd and the BMW genius Sam Watt. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond to make our buying experience stress free. We would highly recommend this dealership and are hopeful that the service dept. will be just as good and efficient

Took car in for regular scheduled maintenance. Service adviser very helpful, told me what was to be done and advised me of recall. I had minor scratch repaired. It looked like new.

Once again these guys these guys helped me out with a different scenario. I was in town, decided to stop by and see what inventory they had. I am not yet ready to buy but Kenny Russell helped show me some new features that will appear in the vehicles to come. Can't wait for Apple to make a wireless charging phone.

This was my first visit to Ferman BMW. I had planned to meet with a Sales Manager I had spoken to over the phone the previous day, but when I arrived I learned he was out until late morning. At that point I was introduced to Kenneth Russell. Joe Cleaver is the consummate professional who is thorough and delivered on everything promised with no surprises and no games. Car buying or leasing can be challenging at times but the professionalism of the dealership and especially my Client Advisor, Joe, made it a seamless transaction. I made the drive from Winter Park/Orlando to Palm Harbor to do business with them because I felt they were fair and would deliver on what they said they would; and they did! Excellent Experience!
