I received notice from BMW for regular scheduled maintenance of our 2015 228i and called my service person for appointment and to arrange for a loaner vehicle. Everything was done in typical Ferman perfection. My service advisor, Jamie Annese, is second to none. She always stays in touch and is forever pleasant (and always has a full candy bowl at her desk). She has always stood head and shoulders above the rest at Ferman BMW service even when I have service done on my 2005 330i.
Let me begin by saying I have purchased many cars ranging from Range Rovers to Mercedes and beyond. And I might add , I have always hated the experience because of the fact that I felt like I was being taken advantage of in one way or another. I purchased my first BMW from Ferman BMW and my sales advisor was Brian Gains. From beginning to end the experience was fantastic. Brian was extremely knowledgable of the vehicle and made my decision to purchase very easy. Also our business manager, Robert Haines, made the financial side of our purchase pleasant and timely.
