Mike was great to work with. He communicated with me regularly so I did not need to guess what was going on. Service took a little longer than anticipated due to a part that needed to be ordered, but I was given a 4 Series loaner so I was not inconvenienced.

We are from Tampa but decided to go to Palm Harbor to purchase our car. Steve Venden was our salesman and listened to our needs and we ended up with the perfect car for ourselves. We purchased a 650I BMW. We were not sure how to use the parking assist and Kenneth Russell came to our home and taught us how to use it.
