Had tire trouble so I called and right away was given an appointment. Car receipt was excellent--those kids outside are so nice and effective. Inside, waited a bit but after 1 hour they bought my car to the front. A suggestion: Improve out-going car paperwork process because my car was out front for more than 15 minutes ready to go but was withheld allegedly due to the paperwork.
Recently bought a CPO BMW X5 from Ferman Alex Wolf was passionate, and informative about BMW, and was great to work with. Recommend Alex highly.
Brian Gains was our salesman at Ferman BMW. He gave us excellent help. He listened, sincerely wanting to know what we were looking for. Then Brian spent the time to find the perfect car for us. He did not try to sell us on what we didn't want. He was extremely knowledgable about his product and always ready to help or answer questions. We will return to Ferman BMW and will definitely work with Brian again.
Kenny and his bosses went way over the top with my vehicle . It was a birthday gift from my son and it was a total surprise! Truck parked sideways with a huge bow on it! Kenny (our salesman) also video taped the whole birthday surprise. He also sang Happy Birthday to me. I was so overwhelmed with happiness, it took a week to believe it was real! I would refer everyone to Fermans Dealership!! They are all Professional with a very personal touch. A+++

I purchased a 2013 335i convertible at Ferman BMW on Thursday, July 28, 2016. My entire experience was awesome! My sales representative John Grima was very friendly and informative. Kari (I think was her name). I went in Wednesday morning st 9:30. And she waited on me. Let me know what was going on and what else I needed to do and even got my charger for me out of the car cause they needed to fix a couple of tires. So was there longer than I was expecting. But everything turned out great and she was fantastic.
