We had a great first time BMW buying experience with Amanda Deem, before we even drove out for a test drive, Amanda explained the engineering and safety features of BMW compared to other luxury cars. She made the buying experience very pleasant and stress free. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional in handling all of our questions and requests. My wife and I spent two hours with Kenny who explained and illustrated the technical details of our 2016 528i. It was the first time we had an opportunity to go over the details of the new technology and it was very helpful. That does not mean that I might have to return for a review, but I am greatly appreciative of Kenny's patience as well as his expertise. It was two hours well spent. Kenny went above and beyond to ensure I was set up with a loaner and Charles supplied me a thorough list of what work will need to be done in the future with timelines that allow for budgeting instead of being caught with an unexpected expense. I came in with my daughter a couple weeks ago to look for a new car with her and I had a great experience at Ferman's BMW. Marcos Villa was such a wonderful sales person, who helped my daughter find the perfect car at the right price. He provide many options for me and my daughter to look and test drive as well as providing the details and specs of each car. We went to Ferman on 3 occasions and Marcos Villas was so awesome to let us test drive a couple of models once we narrowed it down we knew what we wanted he was great in helping us through the process we love our New 535i and Kenny Russell spent a lot of time showing us the inside workings of our new car we love it and they will see us again here soon

Let me begin this review with I really go out of my way to avoid car shopping. In fact, I haven't bought a car in 10 years.
