"Reluctant" I must admit I was reluctant to come in, even though it was a long overdue checkup re: a power steering failure recall fix by Fermann from 24 months ago. The power steering felt like it wasn’t working again, but it turns out I was wrong. Your people were very nice about everything. The reason I was reluctant to come in is because of a bad experience with a BMW X5 service issue about two years ago at Ferman.

"Your BMW is acting up before the holiday trip of 1,122 miles" Hello Jamie, Our BMW is misfiring under acceleration. Is there any way to have it checked tomorrow? What every person wants is the YES answer and I got it! BMW checked, repaired, and oh, by the way we found a nail in one of your tires. Whoops! Good thing that Beamer acted up or on the trip.........FLAT and stuck on the road. Good thing a safety inspection is done at every visit! THANK YOU BMW SERVICE TEAM! Oh, the trip for Thanksgiving was not ruined!

"Fix locked hood" I brought in my car to have a jammed hood unlocked, top up washer fluids and so an oil change. After diagnosis my asvisor sent me a list of items thag could also be fixed. I asked to come back to fix them since I did not have the $3200 being requested. I expected that since they had the hood unlocked, they would complete the oil change, top up washer fluods and remove some inspection warnings that were appearing.
