"Incomplete" While initially the service was completed with the reprogram and service light issue resolved, it quickly came back. I called with no response. The light has since went off again, however I am not confident the issue was resolved and I still have not received a call back.

"On par with other BMW Service Centers" I have brought my X3 in for service several times. In general, I don't find them any better or worse than other BMW service centers I have used. They resolve the issue/do the work, cover my seat but not the steering wheel and charge about the same as the other BMW centers I have used. "Nail in Tire" Relieved I purchased the tire and rim policy. Nail #2 within 6 months. The Freman team was efficient in the service and getting me back in the road both times. Thanks, SZ

"Greg LaChapelle's BMW 135i service" The staff at Ferman's always treats you like family when you come in for sales, service, and parts or just to chat about the new vehicles that BMW has to offer.

"Not that happy" Brought my car in for routine service. The people Were nice, the service was fine. I noticed on the form it said the car was washed, it wasn’t. The next day I had a question so I sent the service advisor a text at the number I was told I could contact him via text. No response so the next day I called and left him a voicemail. No return call. Today I got a text asking if everything was ok so I asked my question again. It was ignored and I got this survey.

"Used Car Purchase" Everybody there were great. From my sales rep and sales manager all the way to the financing department. No back and forth, didn’t waste time and had me in and out the same day

"Saved by Stefanie and her team!" When you’re looking for a 5 star team and service, look no further than Stefanie and the Furman BMW team. My 2013 5 series and I received 5 star service in December 2018 when my car decided to take a nap on Highway 19 November 2nd at 6am while on the way to work. I was in a panic and unsure of what just happened but Stefanie was on the other end of my call and I could not have been happier. "there is no difference" Same experience with other dealership no difference ... price/ lease figures are not explained in a clear way .. vehicle received not being check before by the service dept. ...

"Usually Great Service but..." When I received my car both BMW center caps from my wheels were not put back on. I had to go back in and tell service advisors caps were missing. Service advisor fixed the issue but I had to wait another 30 mins for vehicle. When I got home I realized the tire stem valve caps were also not put on. Had to go out of my way to stop at auto parts store to buy new stem valve caps. It was like the mechanics just left without doing quality control check.
