"Oil change and recalled done" I wanted to thank you you getting my car as fast as possible due the 2 and half drive back home. They sent a note telling me I needed to have my tires rotated. I also have a problem now we're the A button won't work and it did before. They said they had a recall on electronic update . "Had to replace run flat tire" The car was returned to me with what I think, was rim sealer all over the outer edge of the rim. I didn't notice it until I arrived at home which was about 50 miles from the dealer otherwise I would have returned to the dealer an had it remove. Instead I cleaned it myself.

"Poor check in process " The fact that you need to want in lounge until the service representative completes paperwork then you get to check in. Other dealerships I go to have the service representative come to car and then completes the paperwork. I would rate your process poor and do not feel like upscale dealership.

"Used vehicle purchase." Did not have interaction with service department however it appears that a detailed inspection of the vehicle was not completed. Brakes need to be done and sunroof cover replaced. All expenses that we will have to incur after 3 weeks of ownership.

"2nd time for a water pump replacement!" I headed out to the dealership but never made it my X5 overheated needed a tow truck use my own AAA. Did get a loaner was repaired in a day however 7 months on a brand new water pump is unacceptable! Was never given a reason what exactly happened other than it died!

"Flat Tire" I was towed in with no appointment due to a blowout in my run flat tire. The dealership got me shuttled to work while the damage was assessed. Luckily the wheel was ok, but the force of the impact caused need for an alignment too I requested that both front tires be replaced, as they were worn anyway. Darlene only had 1 tire in stock, but set me up with a loaner car so I'd have transportation the next day. "Bought a new car had to return twice in 4 days" I bought a car on this past Monday by Wednesday the TPM malfunction light was showing I brought the car in on Friday I was told it was repaired no longer than 5 minutes after I left the shop the light came on again so now I'm having to take the car right back for the repair. Very very disappointed

"Redo on body work " Our salesman Steve Venden was without a doubt the worst salesman I have ever worked with. Never dealt with someone so rude. I wanted to walk away from the sale so this man wouldn’t receive a dime from the sale but my wife loved the car and it was to be her new vehicle. Jared White and Karl Alvarez held the deal together and did a great job.

"The service to the car was fine." When I got my car back a defective bulb warning light was showing on the instrument panel. When I called it to the attendants attention they didn't seem to be very concerned so I left. I will just work this out myself.
