"Smooth like the ride 😊" I drove on to the lot before the dealership was supposed to be open because I didn’t want to deal with a salesman. Steve was there early on a Sunday morning but he certainly wasn’t the type of predatory salesman I was looking to avoid. Thank you Steve, for making my first solo car purchase such a pleasant and non stressful experience, it was as smooth as the ride in my new 328i.

"Everything very nice but problem still not fixed." For at least a year I have a rattle on the passenger side. I have been told the problem was everything from the seat belt to the roof and every visit am told it's fixed. Well it's not and I will make the one hour drive to see you again 8/31/18.
"Quick fix " I typically get a loaner, but today, my molding repair I was told would be a quick job <45 min - the experience was painless on many levels 😊

"Responsive and timely " Check engine light came on. I live 45 miles away and your guy came picked up my car, left loaner and returned next day for switch. Right on time. Perfect service. Only disappointment was that the light had come on, causing car to be checked out.

"Communication was adequate-repairs were not 100%" Hood was left unlatched and car pulls to the right-no test drive could have been done after work! For the cost-very displeased that we were driving on the highway and the hood was lifting-had to pull over and properly latch! While at the same time discovering that after an alignment and new tires the car pulls to the right

"Service visit " By far the best service when covered under warranty as customer pay, I’ve had difficulty getting ahold of someone and the communication hasn’t been the best. Several different scenarios. Just not the best service.

"recall work on power steering" The work took longer the promised. Thankfully we were given a loaner mini but had no instructions on the operation of the car. When I asked how to operate everything we were told "IT WORKS LIKE ANY OTHER CAR". There were featured that were not in our existing Mini (2002 model) and since their was no manual in the car we have no idea what the switches or other items did. "Be prepared to wait! " I came in with a confrimed appointment for my tire and rim protection on my 2018 BMW. At first they bounced me back-and-forth between the pre-owned service center and the new car service center. They finally settled after three transitions on the new car service center, and sat me down in the waiting room. I was under the impression that the room would be repaired, instead they just painted over at the damage.
