"family-owned company" I've purchased two new vehicles from BMW Northwest, ten years apart. Both transactions went smoothly. I appreciate that BMW NW is family owned. The sales people are helpful and professional. Brandon was easy to work with. No high pressure sales here. The facility is also spacious and bright. They have a nice selection of cars. If they don't have exactly what you're looking for, they are happy to help you order. Definitely worth the drive!

It was followed with fantastic customer service based on knowledge and professionalism. The experience ended by closing the deal on a car and a relationship that I expect to be long lasting. "Easy, no pressure, outstanding staff" My last BMW purchase was my 1997 540I, which is one of the cars I traded in for my new X2. Brandon Barlow provided the right level of service and information without pressure. He took us through the experience with ease and confidence. "Sheer Client Pleasure" Working with Larry is an amazing experience—as per usual. This is our second purchase with BMW Northwest and each time gets better and better! "Great Service" We had great service. Jimmy Barbar our sales person, was helpful without being pushy. Once we made a decision they were helpful and quick getting all the paperwork done. Annie was very patient instructing us with the electronic of the car and encouraged us to come back until we were comfortable with it. We had a warranty service and again, Dave Quinn, explain everything that was being done. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Loved that they washed & detailed the car each time we were in!

"Ordered a BMW M2 from them" Had a great experience ordering a car from BMW Northwest. They didn't try to BS me on price and basically made the whole process pretty easy. Probably best of all, there were no surprises at any point during the whole process. Would definitely buy a car from them again.
