"Serviced our X4 here for first time. Andrew Cushman our..." Serviced our X4 here for first time. Andrew Cushman our Service Advisor addressed all questions and provided superior customer service. A fender finisher emblem was damaged during the car wash. Andrew ordered a replacement part over night delivery and had it installed the next day. We will continue servicing our BMW here.

"Purchasing new car through Costco was simple. Staff were..." Purchasing new car through Costco was simple. Staff were helpful and efficient. Factory order, however, too nearly 4 months. Service department is very dependable, but as expected in any premium car line, it is expensive. They seem somewhat inefficient in checking in for the service. Overall: very satisfied with new car sales and service department.

When the job got too complex, the head mechanic stepped in and worked the problems to completion. After tearing down the problem areas, parts were ordered, did the installations, ran the vehicle and put it back on the rack to check for any leakage. Good job!
