"OVERALL EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE" We bought our Certified Pre-Owned BMW on New Year's Eve. From initial contact, signing papers, to picking up our license plates: our entire experience was seamlesss. Everyone at this facility is very nice, do what they say, and say what they do. We love our first BMW and the service we received at BMW NORTHWEST. We will be back if and when we are ready for another BMW.
"Great experience!" Brandon Barlow was our salesman and he did a great job for us! We had a commitment that evening and so we had to rush the process, but Brandon handled it very well and got all the people at the dealership that needed to be part of it on board and everyone was pleasant and made it fun anyway.

"Outstanding" I recently purchased a 2019 X3 . The entire process from the first time I walked into the dealership was first rate! I ordered the car and it took six weeks. From start to delivery every question, concern, and potential issue was answered 100 percent!
