"Excellent customer service. Car returned clean and..." Excellent customer service. Car returned clean and problem solved. But all text/email contact was a little offputting. Also kiosk check-in shows all in garage your personal info. Last, i must go back and pick-up disability placard that wasn't in car and I didn't notice till I was going to park my car in a public lot.
