We have been going to BMW Northwest since 1997 because of their great cars and because they treat you with care and respect. Their staff goes out of their way to meet your needs, and Ron Hansen in particular, treats you like family and makes sure you get the car you want without any hassles. We have been driving BMWs for over 25 years. We have purchased or leased fifteen various models of BMWs. Ron Hansen has been our salesman and he is fantastic. Ron makes sure you are happy with your choice of vehicle. He is very knowledgeable about all of the models. Dave Quinn is our service rep. All of my expectations and questions regarding the purchase of my BMW were fulfilled. Our salesperson and "the genius" were patient, great listeners to our questions, and thorough.
