Darrin made buying my first BMW such a great experience. There was no hassle. They made it so easy and fast and I have an awesome car. They took the time to go over all the functions of the car. Answered all of my questions. Encouraged me to come back in or call if I had any other questions or concerns. Everyone was so helpful and treated me so well. I can’t say enough about the awesome service.

We have purchased 3 cars in 12 years from this dealership. Bruce has always been our salesperson. He is very personable, trustworthy and really knows his cars. Wouldn't buy anywhere else. Service Advisors are also very personable, fair minded and customer oriented. Cars are always returned clean, and the work requested is done as promised. We have had 2 service Advisors - Keith Van Winkle and now, Rick Knoll. Both have been great to deal with and work well with the sales department. I ordered my 2 series from Bruce then after my car arrived the whole team was great professionals, no pressure, Bruce did follow up with me after I purchased my car. I would give Bruce 10 stars.......:)

We worked with Benjamin and had just a very professional and terrific experience. He was a total gem to work with and the real reason I chose to buy my new car from him as the salesperson and BMW NW as the dealership. There was no pressure, just a positive experience. I was ready to buy my first BMW and was somewhat apprehensive about the whole car buying experience. This dealership couldn't have been further removed from the stereotype! Kevin was great to work with. He's extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He didn't try to "sell" me and was very professional. I absolutely love my X1 and I will never buy a car anywhere else but BMW Northwest! I've already told several people about my great experience!

They were very helpful at getting right back to me and going over and beyond helping me to get the exact vehicle I wanted even when there were only a few with exactly what I wanted they were able to get it for me :) they always got back by phone, text , and email whichever was easiest for me at the time. Sent pictures when I asked. Just the Best experience I could ask for . Thanks again for getting me the car of my dreams

My wife and I recently purchased a 2006 BMW. While checking the VIN i discovered 2 open recalls. I contacted Ryan via email and the next day the part is ordered and awaiting its arrival for installation. I was expecting some run around and difficulty. Nothing could be further than the truth. BMW NW has definately earned my future business.

Ron worked with me for over 10 months to find the specific car that was to become my 6th beemer. It appeared on the lot on a Thursday and I owned it that same Saturday. His work before, during and after has been exemplary. Just had a cosmetic issue appear on Friday that he, Allen Deen (GSM) and Steve King (service dept manager), handled personally while I was on lunch break on Monday. Ron knows his product, and is a genuinely nice guy. I wholeheartedly recommend him and BMW Northwest for both sales and service needs.
