Live in woodinville but continue to drive past 2 BMW dealerships to purchase from Bruce--smooth and easy--he had the day off but worked with his counterpart and financing was smooth and efficient.

I have purchased many cars, and this was by far the smoothest transaction. Bruce was transparent/honest, fair, responsive, and knowledgeable. I got a fair price, saw how hard they worked to understand what I wanted, and they bent over backwards to get me the best deal possible. We live 2 hours away from BMW Northwest and it was well worth the longer drive to purchase our BMW. We will be returning to this dealership for our next purchase in a couple of years. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.
