I've been a long time customer of BMW Northwest. Partly because I love BMW but mostly because of Ron Hansen. Ron ALWAYS takes such great care of me. Not only does he take care of me every three years when my lease ends but throughout the years. I've been stuck on the way to Vegas from LA and he made sure I was taken care of at the service center in Vegas. He is simply the BEST! I'd never buy a car anywhere else let alone from anyone else.

We got our X3 last week and it was such an amazing experience! Ron is very straight forward and service driven, he never gave us any pressure on making a decision. Not only Ron, all the staffs here are extremely nice and helpful. I will highly recommend Ron and BMW Northwest to all my friends and family!!

I had my previous BMW serviced at BMW Northwest, so I already knew their customer service was great, and I had shopped for a car previously, but the time wasn't right. When the time was right, there was no question about who I would go to. Ron Hansen is the best! Financing was a piece of cake as well--I can't say how pleased I am!

I had communicated with Damien prior to my visit. When I arrived, he was ready and knowledgeable of my needs. Throughout the whole process, he was attentive to my wishes and needs and did not pressure me into making a decision. Once my decision was made the financial department fell into the same mode of help and support. BMW Northwest was attentive to my important points throughout the whole visit and experience. The whole process from walking onto the lot to driving our new x1 home was a great experience. Our salesman Jimmy was courteous and answered all of our questions. He gave us the time we needed to do more research and come to the decision to buy our car from BMW Northwest

The guy who welcoming me at the service department was super nice and respectful. The service agent figured out my car problem in few minutes, I did not have to wait all day for the repair of my car. He was polite and knowledgeable. So far my experiences at BMW Northwest have been great!

After visiting several high end dealerships, I purchased my vehicle from BMW Northwest. The entire buying experience was painless and the customer service I received was excellent. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. I won't go anywhere else and absolutely love my new BMW!

Jimmy Barber initially responded to my inquiry about a BMW 340i purchase through the Costco program. Informed me of what was available through the program and having options of what I was looking for took a visit to BMW Northwest despite the distance from Bellevue. He was very professional, friendly, transparent in giving us details we asked for, cost, financing for purchase or lease, and a non-aggressive car sales type person.
